Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
Article 1.
These terms and conditions apply to all our agreements, including agreements relating to the provision of services or the provision of goods. Even if the formulation of a provision in these terms and conditions is focused on a sales agreement, that provision is, if necessary, in accordance, also applicable to any other agreement concluded with us. The other party to the agreement is hereinafter referred to as the 'customer'.
